        • Found Items: We will send you an email advising next step
        • Still Tracing: We have no record of your item in our database
        • We will hold your details in our system for 2 weeks, if found we will send you an email advising next step

Our team will do everything possible to reunite precious items that have been left behind whilst dealing with other important things passing through the Airport. Our dedicated team insures that all care is taken to secure, protect and reunite your items in timely manner and in safe hands. If you think you have left something onboard your flight or at one of Airport lounges, please contact us and we will search our database to find your item.

Please Note:

We do not take enquiries for individual credit or debit cards, which will be securely destroyed when found. We recommend you contact your bank immediately to report the loss and arrange a replacement.

For any Lost Passports, Goverment Issued Personal ID’s and Documents , please contact your Airlines directly for Enquiries.
